If you're a people-pleaser at work who says yes too often, absorbs everyone's workload, and goes unseen, your most demanding colleague has something to tell you.
This character study of "Morgan" is so relatable. We all have that one colleague who charges through tasks like a bulldozer, leaving the "thoughtful" people to clean up the wake.
Do you think Morgan actually realizes you’re their polar opposite, or are they too busy with their checklist to notice? :)
I’ve subscribed and would be happy to support each other! I really liked your style maybe you’ll find my content interesting too.
There are plenty of Morgans in the world and it's easy for the rest of us to see them as disinterested in us. And I think they feel that we're their polar opposite. Sure. But the truth is, most Morgans are human, which means they see us on some level. It's just that we have to also understand the way they're wired too, what I tried to sneak in between the lines in how "we" interpret (perceive) our colleague Morgan.
